Choose which Hotel you are booking. Enter your arrival (Check In) and departure (Check Out) dates using the calendar. Choose the room type, then click on 'Check Availability', which will give immediate access to the availability calendar and further down the price information relating to your request. Please note the following: if the dates chosen in the availability calendar appear in green, you can make your reservation in the usual way. If the dates chosen in the availability calendar appear in orange, then the room type chosen is unavailable, however you will have the option of seeing available room types recommended for your request - this information is provided in the part below the availability calendar. If the dates chosen in the availability calendar appear in red, the Hotel chosen does not have availability on the dates chosen for any room type.
Supplements: Beside the availability calendar, clients will have access to some of the supplements available at our Hotels, such as half board, full board, etc... If you would like any of the services offered, simply choose them and your reservation price will include them automatically.
Proceed with your Reservation
After selecting from the above, you will be offered two options for your reservation; 'Confirm Reservation' and 'Confirm Payment'. Choosing 'Confirm Reservation', you will be directed to a form to be completed for reservation processing; please fill out the fields to finalize the reservation. Choosing 'Confirm Payment', you will also be directed to a form, where all fields should also be filled out, and payment for the reservation will be made through PayPal. After all the steps mentioned above, click 'Finish Reservation'; the system will issue a confirmation message showing all your data and a Reservation number, which you will be able to print, and to finish, click on 'Exit'.
Canceling a Reservation
To cancel your reservation, simply choose this option, and the system will request your reservation number. Enter the reservation number and click on 'Cancel Reservation'. The system will duly confirm the cancellation. (Please take note of our cancellation policies. For any doubts, please contact our reservations centre). Cancellations may be made directly on the site, by telephone, fax or email.
General Conditions
All prices are in Euros, per room, including buffet breakfast served in our restaurant, and inclusive of VAT. All rates include - free usage of the fitness room, sauna and turkish bath.
Blue&Green Hotels reserves the right to amend its rates and policies at any time and without prior notice.
